Every day of our life is full of emotions which are expressed in different moods through different expressions . Thus when ever there is a picture which is captured in order to capture a mood or which gives the feelings of the emotions hidden in that photograph this is very much categorized as mood photography. Mostly mood photography is done through taking random pictures from daily life and trying to reveal the emotions and the mood through different lightning and coloring effects.

There are many ways to reveal a mood in a random picture however it is not necessary to have a facial expression attached to every mood. Mood photography can also be done through taking random picture of an object which can be very much symbolized by a specific mood or story. Like a gloomy picture of a sea could express a mood of love and emotions as much as a person holding a hand of a lady with an affection.

Mood photography is very artistic as the photographer has to highlight and reveal the emotions through taking very random pictures from daily life scenarios. A mood photographer has to establish a very close connection between the photograph and the viewer as if the mood photograph taken by the photographer does not touch the soft corner of the viewer’s heart than the photography effort is of no use.
